INFO ABOUT THE BOAT
Things that are upgraded are
new engine
new drive
new cockpit tent
new teak covering in the cockpit
new upholstered cushions
all new electrical
all wood sanded down and varnished
new plumbing system
A new engine was installed at the same time as a new drive. before this was done I coated the entire engine compartment with white top coat to keep it clean and tidy. the engine is a 2007 model Vetus engine with a new upgraded 90 A alternator and a new starter.
the drive is a s 120 sail drive, with a 3 Balder folding brass propeller attached.
I myself am now trained in automation and can say that the electrical system in that boat here is a level above what you find in most private boats.
with a new electrical system, then we are talking about 2 new consumer loan batteries 1 new start battery, connected to the main circuit breaker panel with the possibility of parallel connection. and also, of course, with a volt-sensitive relay that ensures that the battery is ready to start before consumption. the dynamo has been rebuilt with ladack which increases charging efficiency. furthermore, all the cable used for the starter to the dynamo is only Tin coated multi-coded copper cables that are used.
Furthermore, a 60 W solar panel is mounted on the deck, as well as a cooler (cupboard) under the seat. All of the lights inside the boat are LED lights. and all cables and wires are marked in the fuse box.
the electrical system also bears the stamp that I am an automation engineer. so the whole boat is equipped with 5050 RGBww led strip at 15A, this must not be confused with the usual led strip that they sell on car themes. this is a proper plan to ensure that the boat is as bright and cozy in the evening as it is during the day.
24 converters of 150w have also been installed to power a light chain that can be hung up in the cockpit. a small music system is also installed. (not No Harry arrangement) 2 marine speakers in the cockpit and two inside the salon. as well as a 12-inch sub mounted in a home-built bass box in teak veneer (this can be explained a lot if you are really interested)
the cockpit has also received a ham upgrade. here, everything made of fiberglass has been water-sanded to shake it up to make it shine. the floor is laid with easy teeak.
I have also had a canopy sewn to the cockpit, this makes the boat feel much bigger on days with bad weather. after which you can sit outside without getting wet.
cockpit table has also been made. this is painted with 15 coats of ovatrol d1 and 15 coats of d2 just like the cult. this to withstand wind and weather. The only negative thing to mention about the boat is that it takes in small amounts of water while it is at sea. I haven't bothered with it since it's such a small amount that it doesn't matter. tend to sponge it away from time to time. comes in at the back on the port side presumably, certainly possible to seal if you want.
bathing platform has also been installed, this to get a bigger boat than a friend??
Crib and stand for winter storage are included
engine has a good 870 hours approx
