The easy-to-sail Maxi Fenix, prepared for the summer season 2024, is sold. The boat is located in Leangbukta (Leangbukten boat association).
The boat has the following sail wardrobe: mainsail, self-tacking jib, genoa and spinnaker.
Other equipment on the boat is: Autopilot, VHF radio, heater (not used and must be checked more closely), rubbing alcohol burner 2 burners, bathing ladder, table in cockpit, 2 dredges

The engine, Volvo penta MD5B, needs care and attention, but starts easily and runs like clockwork, new exhaust bend installed in 2020
New boom cover and sprayhood in 2015
Small leak in the cover hatch over the toilet, but is believed to be perfectly fine to seal with silicone
Boat berth (in Asker) for the summer season 2024 can be used free of charge
