Family-friendly self-built sailboat. Lots of equipment and something is missing. The boat is currently considered a project as it most likely has water ingress between the keel and hull. Little accumulation of water over time when stationary in port for a longer period of time and somewhat more under sail, probably up at the bolts when hull flexes during sailing. Have found with expert knowledge that some of the sealant has loosened on the back of the keel, see photo. Sold reasonably due to lack of time to correct the mistake and use of the boat. The boat will have a berth in a marina outside Fredrikstad until the end of the 2024 season.

- Boat:

Windshield, sprayhood, cockpit tent, lead keel. Boat lacquered w/ aircraft paint, folding steering wheel upholstered in leather. Dimmable ceiling light in the cockpit. Remote-controlled thruster in bow and stern. All bushings and cranes (underwater) switched to composite in 2018. Teak mounted in Cockpit 2018. On the top deck is mounted and inserted comfortable anti-slip from Trademaster in Polyurethane (2007). Norena winter press formed in 2018.

-Sail:

1 full played mainsail lying in Lazybag. 1 piece Rullegenoa. New in 2012, stored dry inside every winter.
