Nothing more to say about this boat.The Hallberg-Rassy 312 (Scandinavian edition with Walla's boat arms) with only two owners (professional sailor) since 1981 is sold with a quick takeover. The boat is exemplary and well looked after throughout the years, and has undergone significant upgrades of the hull. 2022 removed all antifouling and then applied 2 layers of two-component waterproof primer (Jotun Barrier). Annual light grinding and a layer of antifouling (Jotun Supreme). Annual engine service, drive service and winter canning. Work carried out by authorized engine repair shop (La-Sa). Annual Boracol treatment teak cover. 2022 swap old nate pulp from Teakdecking Systems Norway (pour teak). Teak deck new in 2008 and good condition! Sail in good condition.

New engine Volvo Penta MD1-30 (La-Sa/kr. 185.000.-) runs only 400 hours! Fresco water tanks professionally cleaned in 2022. LED Lighting in pour boat (photos follow). I only sell to people who know how good a hallberg rassy is! The boat is in the water and ready for a test drive to serious capitain.
