Bavaria 46 Cruiser

The Bavaria Cruiser is the result of a long boatbuilding tradition, German engineering and is built at one of the most modern shipyards in the world. Standard:This is a great boat that suits most sailors, here you will find a spacious boat with smart solutions for both couples and families with children. Floor plan:Easy boarding through the boat's openings in the row on either side or via the bathing platform. This gives a feeling of involvement towards the elements even if you are sitting inside the boat. When you get below deck, you get a feeling of a warm atmosphere. Here there is full standing height in all rooms. The salon is freshly upholstered in white fabric. A large beautiful table in precious wood. Here there is room for contemplation, relaxation and pleasant company. The U-shaped pentry on the port side is clear and even the kitchen service feels inclusive. Pentry has many smart solutions. Large cooler box folded into the countertop, and plenty of cabinet space and counter space. Gas oven with two flares and an extra refrigerator integrated into the kitchen counter. A large and clear chart table can be found on the starboard side with the necessary instrumentation.This Bavaria 46 Cruiser has four spacious cabins. Each of the two aft cabins has a double berth. Both bathrooms are in close proximity to the cabins. Owners cabin in the front with double berth and closet space and living room. On the port side you will find the crew / guest cabin with two berths. Cabinets and drawers. This provides sleeping space for as many as eight people and in addition one can sleep in the lounge. Plenty of space for clothes and storage in all cabins.

Seaworthiness:The Bavaria 46 Cruiser is in the class for good seaworthiness class A for sailing over open sea and approved for 10 people. She is easy to sail, elegant and gorgeous in the sea. Equipped with roller genoa, roller mainsail and with all joints and falls retracted to the cockpit and powerful bow thruster, the boat is easy to handle single or shorthanded. Here you quickly feel a significantly better sail guide up to 8 knots. This is a very comfortable family sailor with a high focus on comfort. The Bavaria 46 Cruiser oozes German quality, is safe, stable and the lead keel protrudes 2.05 metres, which is deep enough to get into most ports. It has the comfort needed and then some. Engine and equipment:The engine compartment can be opened from three sides. This provides ample access to a 75 HP Volvo Penta with electronic engine control that was installed in 2007 and now has approximately 1,780 engine hours. The last service was taken in June 2023. (She was up and getting new antifouling?) and anodes in June 2023. All penetrations below the waterline have been replaced. New thruster was fitted in 2015, new 4 bladed folding propeller in 2017, new genoa 2018. Belg was replaced in 2020. Full equipment list can be found further down.
