After 12 great seasons, owner sells the boat with a heavy heart as the time now has to go to the renovation of a newly acquired small farm.

This is the third owner of the boat and have mainly used the boat during the holidays. The home port for the boat in recent years has been Kil, at the head of the Kragerøfjord. A berth is paid for the season and can accompany the boat for the rest of the season with the possibility of taking over if desired.

The boat came new with a more powerful rig and lead keel, which means that the boat sails well. For comfort, the IKUNI 7 kw diesel waterborne diesel heater with separate heat outlets is installed in all cabins and rooms. The system heats water and the engine, nice in the outdoor harbor and that you can then use one bathroom as a drying room if needed. The bow thruster is mounted with a separate battery and charger at the front of the bow. The bow spear that is mounted is made for the boat in strong acid-resistant tubes and the strangled teak appears significantly stronger than the ones you can buy in stores. A large navigation system from Raymarine is mounted with Raymarine Quantum radar mounted in the cradle Scanstrut cradle on the aft stay. Mounted Fusion stereo that is controlled from chartplotter and or APP from most devices. New Fusion speakers outside have been installed.

The boat is maintained regularly and appears very nice with good documentation. The engine and sail drive were lifted out of the boat 2 years ago for major service where the following were replaced:

- Cleaned oil sump with nue gaskets

- Replaced exhaust bend to stainless steel

- Cleaned cooling system and replaced wear parts

- New thermostat and gaskets

- New flex coupling between engine and sail drive

- New engine mounts

- New bellows on the seal drive mounted

The boat has recently been upgraded with a Lithium battery bank and Victon energy monitoring.

The boat has been stored on land at Wector Yachting during the winter months. New form-fitting storage tent from Norena (53000,-) with stand was purchased 2 seasons ago and comes with the boat.

In addition to a new storage tarpaulin, the boat has a new Volvo 3-blade folding propeller this year.

3 seasons ago, all penetrations and connections were changed to Trudesign including on the seawater intake. Here, various hoses and other things were also replaced. The boat was sodablasted below the waterline where new epoxy was imposed.

In addition to this, the boat appears very nice inside and out. Most of the documentation from the boat was new included.

The boat is on land at Wector yachting and can be inspected before it is put on the water. The boat is delivered fully prepared for the season. Can be supplied with "cups and tubs" if desired
