A very nice Bavaria 44 AC is sold. Beautiful lines and fantastically safe and beautiful model from one of the wood's largest boat manufacturers. This is another model from the shipyard that is considered to be one of the better in terms of quality. Conservatively rigged, safe and good. Fantastic sail characteristics with good trimming possibilities. The boat is sold in Norwegian with only 2 owners before me. Guaranteed damage-free below and above the waterline. There is not a single scratch or damage in the hull. The boat is only used in private ownership. This is an Owner Version with 3 cabins. This means that there is a large bedroom in front with an en-suite bathroom/wc/shower. Bathroom aft also has shower and WC with septic tank/sea. This model also has a large sail room with its own hatch on deck. Extremely well kept in every detail downstairs. Beautiful wood with great solutions to be a Bavaria. A salon in a beautiful texture that appears to be little used. The two-seater sofa has been taken out of the boat. Completely complete, easy to reassemble.

Plenty of shelves and cabinets. Cooler box that holds the cold well and that it can stay at freezing level at the bottom of the box. All textiles/lounge-mattresses-curtains in the boat have been taken out of the boat and washed. All foam rubber was checked and cleaned before freshly washed upholstery was reassembled. The boat has a fantastic teak deck that was sanded and regrouted where needed before this season. Treated with Sioo x wood protection. Completely invisible on the teak but stops aging and UV rays. Easy to maintain, long durability. Teak molding/railing is treated with other special oil. Seating surfaces and cockpit floor special oil. Everything appears very nice and well-maintained. as it should. The boat is light on the rudder and no slack in steering. Extremely easy sail guide with furling sail. This means that the threshold for sailing is low. The sail is rolled out in a minute and just as quickly. Safe and easy when reefing the sail as well. Yes, both sails are on Furlex reels. Furthermore, it is included, a fantastically beautiful genakker that really speeds up the boat,. Easy to put on as this is in stocking.

The boat is extremely well cared for and in good and safe condition for the new owner. Major upgrades have been made that make this a safe buy, I would think. Engine hours only about 1100 hours.
