The boat is located in a bubble harbor at Vallø Marina outside Tønsberg and can potentially be transferred before the start of the season, if desired. Boat berths with the best starting point in the Oslo Fjord can be continued for the summer by quick decision. A place through the winter season is included if you want to start the season.

The boat has 3 double cabins, - more spacious and comfortable boat in this price class you will have to look long for. The engine was replaced by the previous owner (2018), and had only been 50 hours when we took over the rudder. Hull penetrations, bellows and control panel had also been replaced.

The sailing wardrobe is of older vintage; The mainsail is fine, but the foresail on the roll is a bit worn. It comes with a coated gennaker that is good as new and appears barely used.

The boat is both easy sail, predictable and fun to sail. All sail handling is easily done from the cockpit.

The bathroom and pantry are on the port side.

Bathrooms have electric (powerful) pump in the toilet and on septic. There is also a shower with electric pump, as well as a shower on the aft platform. It is not prepared for septic emptying, but it should be a narrow matter to put in place if needed.

Pentry has longitudinal galley, sink with 2 basins, large cooler box with Isotherm cooling unit and gas stove with 2 pcs gas flare and oven. Spacious seating area with elbow room for pleasant meals. The cushions are somewhat worn, but not something we have prioritized upgrading. All mattresses are otherwise in good condition.

It is not without reason that the Bavaria 37 is one of the more popular models for families. The boat is scheduled to be up in April for a new round of antifouling and normal maintenance. In addition, diesel tank washing is on the list this year. If it is interesting for the new owner to put in some own effort, this can be seen against the sale price.
