Well maintained boat ready for summer. The boat has just been on land. It is washed and polished. New antifouling has been applied and zinc anodes have been replaced. This is a spacious and steady family boat. Also suitable for those who want to start sailing. The boat has a furling mainsail. All cases are pulled to the cockpit. This also makes the boat easy to sail alone.

In addition to regular maintenance, several improvements have been made over the years. A new chartplotter (Garmin) and lithium batteries (2022 300Ah) have been installed. This year's project was a full review of the septic system, i.e. New septic hoses, new hull penetration on deck and below the waterline san full service on the twist & lock pump.

The engine has been running 860 hours and has been regularly serviced.
