The hull was scraped all the way down to gelcoat below the waterline, treated with epoxy primer and VC17 (copper-based) in 2014. This is a thin and hard antifouling substance that does not build, so the hull is very smooth and fine below the waterline. With epoxy, you can almost guarantee proper waterproofness and no plastic plague. Now VC17 is no longer available, therefore it has been switched to a new type of antifouling that is compatible and can be lubricated directly on VC17. The new antifouling is called Soromap AF2 Racing and is also copper-based of high quality. It costs a little extra, but seems like it works well and is worth it.

All transits and valves changed to composite. The septic bushing has not been replaced as it was new when the septic tank was installed.
